What is PERKS?
PERKS is a rewards program that gives you a complimentary BOTOX® Cosmetic or JUVÉDERM® Ultra XC treatment after your Natrelle® Breast Implants procedure (not including treatment fees). The offer will be added to your Allē Wallet for a smooth checkout experience, making it easy for you to enjoy your reward.
How it works
- You will be eligible to receive a PERKS offer after undergoing a Natrelle® treatment with an Allē provider.
- After your treatment, text PERKS to 65190 to receive a link to add your offer to your wallet using the Allē app. If you don’t have the app, you’ll be prompted to install it and create an account.
- After 48 hours, the offer will display in your Allē Wallet. You have six months to redeem the offer.

Is Natrelle® eligible for Allē Payment Plans?
No. All Allē brands are eligible for Allē Payment Plans except for Natrelle®. For a full list of eligible treatments please see: alle.com/payment-plans.
Do I need to redeem my offer with the same provider where I received my Natrelle® treatment?
No, you don't need to redeem your offer with the same provider that performed your Natrelle® treatment. You can redeem your offer with any provider that participates in Allē.
How long do I have to redeem my PERKS offer after my Natrelle® treatment?
You have six months to redeem your PERKS offer after it's added to your Allē wallet following your Natrelle® treatment.
Do I need the Allē app to claim my PERKS offer?
Yes, you need to have the Allē app installed to claim and access your PERKS offer. You won’t be able to claim it through the Allē website.

Can I change an offer after I claim it?
After the PERKS offer is deposited into your Allē Wallet, it can't be changed. However, you may have a 48-hour window after checkout to revisit your offer link and switch between BOTOX® Cosmetic or JUVÉDERM® Ultra XC, but this window isn't guaranteed.
The safety and efficacy of these products for combined use have not been studied.
