With Allē’s Refer a Friend program, you and an eligible friend can both earn rewards. When you refer a friend to Allē, they’ll receive an offer on their first transaction—and once they complete it, you’ll have the chance to earn one too.
Getting Started
To send a request
To refer a friend, follow these steps:
- Tap Profile in the Allē app.
- Tap Refer a Friend in your profile.
- Under Invite Friends on the bottom of the page select Copy Code or Share Link to choose how you'd like to refer your friend.

- When you select Copy Code, your unique referral code is copied to your device’s clipboard so you can easily paste and share it.
- Selecting Share Link will open the share tray where they can select how they would like to send their referral information —SMS text message, email, social media, and more.

Choose the method you’d like to use to share your link and code, then select Send.
To accept a request
If you received a referral, follow these steps to become a new Allē Member:
- Use the unique link and code to create an Allē account.
- The link will send you to the Google Play or Apple App store to download the Allē app.

Tap Open.
Note: If you already have the app, it will open directly.
- Tap Have a referral code?
- Enter the referral code you received from your friend.
Once you complete a qualifying transaction in Allē, your friend will receive an offer in their Allē Wallet within 48 hours.
To qualify for the Refer a Friend offer, enter your friend’s referral code during registration or in your Wallet within seven days of signing up. You’ll also need to give consent on the Refer a Friend page so your friend can receive their offer. Once you’ve completed these steps, your own referral welcome offer will be added to your Allē Wallet.
To activate both offers, you must complete a qualifying transaction, such as logging a treatment with a participating Allē provider or making a purchase on SkinMedica.com. Offers can be redeemed for in-office treatments but can’t be applied to online purchases. You don’t have to use your offer during the transaction for your friend to receive theirs; however, you must complete the transaction in Allē within 60 days of registering for your friend to get their offer.
Refer a Friend: how it works
How many times can I refer a friend?
You can refer as many people as you’d like but are limited on the number of offers you can receive and the amount of friends who can receive a referral offer by the current Refer a Friend offer terms and conditions. For more details, please visit the Refer a Friend home screen to see the current Refer a Friend offer.
Can a Refer a Friend offer be used on any products in Allē?
No, Allē offers are only valid on Allergan Aesthetics products or treatments.
How do I find a provider that accepts my Allē Refer a Friend offer?
All Allē providers accept all Allē offers, including the Refer a Friend offer. To find an Allē provider near you, visit alle.com/search or your Allē app and search for a provider by city, state, or zip code on the home screen. From there you can see all providers within your chosen radius who participate—you can even filter by treatment area or a product you’re interested in.
How long do new Members have to transact in Allē to give their referring Member their reward?
Referring Members will receive their reward if the new Member transacts within 60 days of their registration date.
My friend uses Allergan Aesthetics products but isn’t an Allē Member. Can I refer them?
Yes! If your friend is not already an Allē Member they are a qualifying referral for the Refer a Friend offer.
My friend was a Member of Brilliant Distinctions, but not Allē. Can I refer them?
Yes, if your friend was a Brilliant Distinctions Member, but did not join Allē they qualify as an eligible referral.
Can I refer an existing Allē Member?
No. The Refer a Friend offer is only for those who become new Allē Members.
What do the people I refer get?
Subject to any applicable referral limits, new Members that sign up using your referral code will receive the Refer a Friend offer that is live at the time of the new Member’s registration. For example, if the current Refer a Friend offer is limited to five referral offers, only the first 5 referrals who sign up will receive an offer. Please see the current refer a friend offer to verify offer maximums.
What do I get if I refer a friend?
If your referral consents to you receiving an offer and has an Allē transaction logged within 60 days of signing up, you will receive the referring Member Refer a Friend offer at the time of the new Member’s registration (pending referral limits for that offer).
Is there a limit to the number of people I can refer?
No. You can refer as many friends as you wish to enjoy all the benefits of Allē. However, you will only receive offers for the number of successful referrals designated by the current Refer a Friend offer. For more details, please visit the Refer a Friend page.
Are there restrictions on how and where I can share my referral link?
Your referral link should only be shared with people you know personally. Posting it on websites accessible to the public (including Google, Amazon, eBay, Craigslist, coupon sites, social media, and others), buying paid ads, spamming people you don’t know, or otherwise misrepresenting the offer or your relationship with Allē may make you ineligible to receive referral offers.
Allergan Aesthetics has sole discretion in determining whether you receive offers for a referral and may revoke any credits you have already received if you are not in compliance with the Consumer Referral Program Terms and Conditions.
Earning and redeeming your offer
How long do I have to redeem my offer?
Refer a Friend offers are valid for 60 days from when they are deposited into the Allē Wallet. Offer Terms and Conditions can be found in the Allē Wallet.
When will I get my offer?
You will receive your Refer a Friend offer 48 hours after the new Member you referred completes their first Allē transaction. Please note to receive your offer, your referral must:
- Create an Alle account using the unique referral code you provided.
- Opt in to the Refer a Friend program Terms and Conditions, which includes consenting to Allē depositing the Refer a Friend offer into your Allē account.
- Have a treatment entered by a participating Allē provider within 60 days of registering for Allē (logged in to Allē during checkout or a purchase on Skinmedica.com).
Please note: offers can be redeemed on in-office treatments but cannot be applied to online transactions.
TIP: Confirm that your Allē Refer a Friend offers are in your Allē Wallet before going to an Allē provider.
Will I be notified when I get an offer from a successful referral?
Yes! You will receive an email when a Refer a Friend offer is added to your Wallet. You can also check the status of your referrals at any time by visiting in the My Referrals section in the Refer a Friend program page of your Allē app. As with any Allē offer, you should confirm that your Allē Refer a Friend offer is in your Allē Wallet before visiting an Allē provider.
How do I redeem my Allē Refer a Friend offer?
Once the Refer a Friend offer is in your Allē Wallet, simply ask your Allē provider to apply your offer at checkout.
Which Allergan Aesthetics products and treatments can I redeem my Refer a Friend offer on?
BOTOX® Cosmetic (onabotulinumtoxinA), JUVÉDERM® Collection of Fillers, COOLSCULPTING®, COOLTONE®, SkinMedica®, DIAMONDGLOW®, LATISSE® (bimatoprost ophthalmic solution) 0.03%, KYBELLA® deoxycholic acid) injection 10mg/mL, NATRELLE® , and SKINVIVE by JUVÉDERM®.
Will I receive points for purchases made using my Allē Refer a Friend offer?
Yes! As an Allē Member, you will earn Allē points on all qualifying Earnings Eligible Product purchases, subject to applicable Earnings Caps. The points you earn during your previous treatments can be used for future savings on Allergan Aesthetics treatments or products. More information on Allē points can be found at alle.com.
Can I combine my Allē Refer A Friend offer with other Allē Rewards?
Yes, you can combine with other Allē Rewards.
Troubleshooting and additional help
I didn’t receive my referral reward, where is it?
To qualify for an offer related to a referral, the person you referred must:
- Create an Allē account using your unique referral information (either via link or code).
- Opt in to the Refer a Friend program Terms and Conditions, which includes consenting to Allē depositing the Refer a Friend offer into your Allē account.
- Complete a transaction at a participating Allē provider within 60 days of registering for Allē (logged in to Allē during checkout or a purchase on Skinmedica.com).
- Please note: offers can be redeemed on in-office treatments but cannot be applied to online transactions.
Once the new Member you referred has been treated, your reward will be automatically deposited into your Alle wallet within 48 hours of their first transaction in Allē.
The new Member must also consent to the referring Member receiving an offer. The referring Member’s offer is contingent upon the friend receiving a treatment or purchasing a product and having it logged in Allē. If the friend does not follow all the steps, the referring Member’s reward will not be deposited.
My friend joined Allē after I invited them but didn’t use my referral code. Will we still receive the Refer a Friend offer?
If your referral did not use your referral code to join Allē when they initially created an account, they will have seven (7) days from the time they register to enter your referral code in their Alle Wallet. If your referral does not enter the referral code within 7 days of creating an account, neither of you will receive the Refer a Friend offer.
Is there a way to track my referrals?
You can manage your referrals in the Allē app by going to the Helpful Links section of the Refer a Friend page and clicking My Referrals. You can view your Refer a Friend offers and their respective expiration dates in your Allē Wallet.
Where are my Allē Refer a Friend offers listed in my Allē account?
Allē Refer a Friend offers are summarized on your home dashboard and detailed in your Allē Wallet under Offers.
Who do I contact with questions about Allergan Aesthetics products or treatments?

Do I need the Allē app to refer a friend?
Yes, you must use the Alle app to refer a friend. You cannot access Refer a Friend through alle.com.
Do I need to be opted into Allē text messages to refer a friend to Allē?
No, because the text is sent from you to your friend you do not have to be opted into Allē text messaging to participate or be rewarded for inviting your friend(s) to join Allē.
What do I do if my questions were not answered above or if I want to see the Terms and Conditions of the referral program?

Terms and conditions
By participating in the Allē Refer a Friend program, you (the “Referred”) and your friend (the “Referrer”) may qualify for a dollars off Allē offer which can be used on the purchase of an Allē Redemption Eligible Product.
Eligibility
All Allē Members are eligible to participate in the Allē Refer a Friend Program (the “Program”).
Program Details
Eligible Allē Members (the “Referrer”) will receive a unique share code, available In the Allē Mobile app, that they can share with their friends.
While the promotion is active, the first five friends who use the Referrer’s unique share code to register for Allē will automatically receive a off offer that can be used on the purchase of an Allē, which is valid for 60 days from the date of their Allē registration. Other friends who register for Allē using Referrer’s unique share code while the promotion is active will not receive an offer. Each person who registers for Allē using Referrer’s unique share code will be called a “Referred” in the following paragraphs.
The Referrer will receive a $10 off Allē offer which can be used on a purchase of an Allē Redemption Eligible Product if a Referred:
(1) uses the Referrer’s unique share code to register for Allē;
(2) logs a treatment or purchase of a Redemption Eligible Product in Allē within 60 days from the date of their Allē registration;
(3) consents to sharing with the Referrer that they were treated with or purchased an Allē Redemption Eligible Product.
Referrer’s offer will be valid for 60 days after it is automatically deposited into Referrer’s Allē Wallet. Referrer may receive no more than fiveoffers from the Program while the promotion is active. Referrer will not receive an offer if any of the three conditions above are not met. Both the Referrer and Referred’s offers are subject to additional terms and conditions, which can be accessed in the Referrer and Referred’s respective Allē Wallets.
The safe and effective use of these products have not been studied together.
