What is Allē Refer a Friend?

Allē's Refer a Friend program allows Allē Members to earn rewards for referring friends to Allē. When an eligible Allē Member refers a friend to Allē, the new Member will be greeted with an offer on their first Alle transaction. Once the new Member completes their first Alle transaction, the referring Alle Member will also have an opportunity to receive an offer.

How does Refer a Friend work?

To refer a friend, members must follow these steps:

  1. Tap Profile in the Allē app.
  2. Tap Refer a Friend in their profile.
  3. Under Invite Friends on the bottom of the page select Copy Code or Share Link to choose how they’d like to refer your friend.
    • Selecting Copy Code will copy the unique referral code to the device’s clipboard, and then can be pasted and shared.
    • Selecting Share Link will open the share tray where they can select how they would like to send their referral information —SMS text message, email, social media, and more.
  1. Choose the medium they’d like to share their link and code and select Send.

Once the referred friend receives the referral, they should follow the below steps to become a new Alle Member:

  1. Use the unique link and code to create an Allē account.
  2. The link will send them to the Google Play or Apple App store to download the Allē app. Once downloaded they should tap Open.

    Note: If they already have the app, it will take them into the app.

  1. Once the app is open the new Member needs to tap Have a referral code?
  2. The new Member needs to enter the referral code they received from the referrer.
    • To qualify for the Refer a Friend new Member offer, the new Member must enter the referral code during registration or in their Wallet within seven days of registering.

    • After the new Member completes registration on Allē or when they enter their referral code from their Wallet, the new Member must agree to allow their referring Allē Member to receive an offer on the Refer a Friend page. If the new Member does not consent, their referring Member will not receive an offer.

    • After creating an account and completing the steps above, the referral welcome offer will be deposited into the new Member’s account.

After the new Member completes a qualifying transaction in Allē, the referring Member will receive an offer in their Allē Wallet within 48 hours. The new Member does not have to use their offer during the transaction for the referring Member to receive theirs; however, the new Member must complete the transaction in Allē within 60 days of registering for the referring Member to receive their offer.

Note: This offer is subject to the new Member's consent to allow the referring friend to receive it. A qualifying transaction includes either a logged treatment at a participating Allē provider or a purchase on Skinmedica.com. Allē offers can be redeemed on in-office treatments but cannot be applied to online transactions.

How many times can a Member refer a friend?

Members can refer as many people as they’d like but are limited on the number of offers they can receive and the amount of friends who can receive a referral offer by the current Refer a Friend offer terms and conditions. For more details, have the Member visit the Refer a Friend home screen to see the current Refer a Friend offer.

Is there a way for Members to track their referrals?

Members can manage their referrals in the Allē app by going to the Helpful Links section of the Refer a Friend page and tapping My Referrals. They can view their Refer a Friend offers and respective expiration dates in your Allē Wallet.

When will referring Members get their offer?

Referring Members will receive their Refer a Friend offer 48 hours after the new Member they referred completes their first Allē transaction. Please note to receive their offer, the referral must:

  1. Create an Alle account using the unique referral code the referring Member provided.
  2. Opt in to the Refer a Friend program Terms and Conditions, which includes consenting to Allē depositing the Refer a Friend offer into your Allē account.
  3. Have a treatment entered by a participating Allē provider within 60 days of registering for Allē (logged in to Allē during checkout or a purchase on Skinmedica.com).

    Note: offers can be redeemed on in-office treatments but cannot be applied to online transactions.

Where are Members’ Allē Refer a Friend offers listed in their Allē account?

Allē Refer a Friend offers are summarized on their home dashboard and detailed in their Allē Wallet under Offers.

Do Members need the Allē app to refer a friend?

Yes, Members must use the Allē app to refer a friend. Refer a Friend cannot be accessed through alle.com.

Do Members need to be opted into Allē text messages to refer a friend to Allē?

No, because the text is sent from the Member to their friend they do not have to be opted into Allē text messaging to participate or be rewarded for inviting their friend(s) to join Allē.
